The six-sleeper cabin is privately situated overlooking the forested Knysna River valley. This secluded getaway is ideal for those who want to enjoy nature, whilst not sacrificing the luxuries that will make for a truly unforgettable holiday experience. Double undercover parking is provided as well as an outdoor barbecue area and swimming pool. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and private entrance from the back deck. The "lavender room" awaits with crisp, fragrant linen and freshly laundered towels. The west wing bedroom also has a private entrance and en suite bathroom, and the two single beds can be joined if necessary. The extra little details you find at Phantom River View is testimony to the love and care that went in to providing guests with an especially memorable holiday. Each bedroom faces onto spectacular views overlooking the valley. The loft is situated above the lounge. Two single beds in the loft provide additional sleeping space. It can be separated from the lounge area, and also doubles as a reading room. The lounge is tastefully appointed and equipped with a compact disk player and satellite television. Indulge in a decade old bottle of the best South African red wine around the log fire, or cook up a warm dinner - you will find the kitchen well equipped with every convenience. The braai area - "braai" is the local term for a barbecue - is situated by the pool under the pines. A wooden deck extends over the valley and offers a splendid venue for sundowners, but is not for the faint hearted as it is quite a drop to the river below. Down by the riverside you may discover the peaceful contentment that has drawn many city folk to relocate to the Knysna area in recent years.
