From the private off-road parking 12 steps lead down to the secluded own entrance. Off a short passage is to the left a double bedroom with extra long twin beds as well a well appointed lounge. Both enjoy the stunning views. On the right is the bathroom with shower cubicle and separate bath as well as a cosy kitchen with a fully equipped breakfast nook. It has a 3 plate stove with oven and extractor fan, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a separate toilet and a storeroom. Off the bedroom is a private shady deck. The outside steps continue to a secluded barbeque in a boma. Sun chairs and folding chairs as well as gas lights are part of the equipment. The apartment is not serviced but our washing machine and tumble dryer is available by arrangement. Should you wish to take in a movie, watch your favourite sporting event or spoil your holiday and watch the news you can do this on the satellite TV. There are some 50 local and international TV channels available. In addition there is an audio facility on which you can listen to anything from symphonies to hard rock from opera to reggae and from light classical to bebop and golden oldies to country and western. The 40 audio channels also feature a variety of local and overseas radio stations. A USB Internet port is available on request. There are two waterfront restaurants 750m away as well as a swimming area in the lagoon and off a jetty near the restaurants. Beware of strong tides in the lagoon mouth. A gourmet chef, Michael Cremer, practices his art on nearby Leisure Isle and two family eating places are on the road to town the centre of which is 6 km away. You can explore The Heads on foot and access a variety of stunning view sites taking in the whole Panorama from the Outeniqua Mountains to the Indian Ocean.
