Phantom Acres is a self catering cottage (approximately 15 minutes from Knysna) beautifully renovated, which sleeps 4 - 6 people. Make this your base to explore the Garden Route. The Cottage ideally sleeps two couples or a family. It is very private with views across fields and forest to the sea in the distance. Lots of birds visit - the blackheaded oriole, sunbirds, the Knysna Loerie, etc.We are approximately 15 minutes by car from the town of Knysna (6 minutes from a choice of restaurants), 15 minutes from Jubilee Creek (wonderful indigenous forest for walks, cycling or a visit to the old goldfields) and 15 minutes to Buffalo Bay or Brenton-on-Sea (excellent swimming and beach walks).

Accommodation consists of one double room with king-size double or twin beds and bathroom en-suite with bath, shower over bath, bidet and toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a third room accessed from the patio which has two single beds. There is a large open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen with Satellite TV / Multichoice. The fireplace (wood provided) makes this very cosy in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, two-plate stove, fridge, etc. All linen is provided except beach towels. Outside is a covered veranda and we provide wood for the braai / B.B.Q.
