Our Combat Taekwondo Academies are family friendly, we cater for all ages male and female. We try and remove the “Fear Factor” that the Martial arts community seems to portray.Every person irrespective of age or gender can excel in our martial arts system.Some of our best students happen to be girls, and ladies who have embraced our system of not fearing the martial arts! Our Academies are geared more towards the “kids market” but we do have a lot of parents and adults involved in our martial arts system.We offer kick and punch, bag work, fitness, weapons training, seminars, etc. We participate in, and offer Provincial, national and International events throughout the year.
