Based near the Pietermaritzburg Home Affairs building, the team at Passport Centre PMB is one part undiluted efficiency and one part persistence, much like the centre’s founder Trevor Lee. Twice the South African Department of Home Affairs has tried to close the company. On both occassions the department has been seen creeping out of court after the judge ruled in Passport Centre PMB’s favour.
