The O’Grady Coatings Group has its origins in 1986 when the first plant was established by two entrepreneurs who made up the marketing, manufacturing and sales teams. Today, the business has a fully fledged, multi-disciplinary management team and a complete staff complement. The Group is one of the top 10 paint companies in South Africa with a distribution footprint throughout all provinces.

Research & development is conducted in-house at O'Grady Paint laboratories where we have developed a wide range of products many of which carry the South African Bureau of Standards mark. Our laboratory and plant are audited by the SABS on a semi annual basis thereby ensuring that we maintain a high standard of production.
Plasticoat is an interior/exterior wall coating based on an all acrylic emulsion polymer which has been specifically designed to provide a durable weather resistant finish . Special properties include it's resistance to stains and it's ability to form a coherent film under cool conditions.(minimum 5 degrees centigrade)
PRODUCT FEATURES
Plasticoat formulation provides excellent weather resistance, high degree of flexibility, excellent adhesion to almost all substrates, stain resistance, high hiding power (opacity) and exhibits low dust retention and ease ofcleaning.
Plasticoat is ideal for parapet walls, exterior and interior walls, fascias, ceilings, bathrooms, changing rooms, kitchens and nearly all hard wearing surfaces, e.g.hostel walls etc.
