Both hot and cold formed springs are manufactured from the highest quality stainless and spring steel materials, which ensure higher fatique, strenght, high level of corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
The extended life process of a spring consist of direct quenching. Complete removal of scale, extremely accurate time/tempering controls ensures the uniforms physical properties of the finished springs.
