Life coaching is a positive process, focussing on the future and growing you as an individual to be the most you can be. The brillience about life coaching is that you are never told what to do or how to do it. You discover all the answers to all your questions (known and unknown) you have, purely by delving into you mind, framework of reference and beliefs. You are treated as an unique individual.
