CORESLAB was established January 2008. We started manufacturing Rib and Block slabs and in March 2008 we started manufacturing Hollowcore slabs.

Company description

To ensure only the highest quality standards in the manufacturing of our Hollowcore products, we use Spiroll Machines imported from England. To ensure optimum performance we have our own workshop and maintenance team that’s responsible to keep the machines running.
To ensure the optimisation of resources our design department uses the latest in high tech software from Floorcad.com an Irish company.
Initially we focussed on the housing sector of the market, but as the word about our cost saving technology started spreading, we found ourselves expanding into new markets, including office buildings, reservoirs, showrooms, shopping centres and a number of governmental projects.
We have a diverse client base from home owner builders to big corporate and governmental institutions. For quality installations we subcontract to CORESTRUC.
We strictly adhere to SABS specifications. We are currently in the process of registration with the SABS and their quality stamp will appear on all our products in the near future. We conduct daily quality tests in our fully equipped onsite laboratory and Test Cubes are send to independent laboratories for tests.
