Description

Ohm studio offers pilates and Gyrotonic sessions as well as aromatherapy treatments. After a posture and movement assesment a specific program is designed to suit the client. The sessions are mostly one on one, but semi private classes are also offered. We also offer pre and post natal exercise and pregnancy massage.
