Company description
Claude Behrmann is a graduate in architecture from the University of Natal. After graduating he was employed by Zakrewski Associates Incorporated (ZAI) in East London and Cape Town. During this time he also lectured at the University of Cape Town. In 1984 he joined Murray, Biesenbach & Badenhorst Inc. (MBB), Stellenbosch to become director of the architectural division. In 1988 he established his own practice in Stellenbosch. He and his family moved to the U.S.A. in 1995 where he became a partner in the Salt Lake City firm, Arc Artel, in 1996. From 2000 to 2005 Claude worked in a senior position for an international corporation on projects in the United States, Brazil, Chile, Argentina and other parts of the world. At the end of 2005 he and his wife returned to Stellenbosch, South Africa.
