Bertha¿s Guest Flats consists of two self catering apartments situated next to each other. They are fully furnished and equipped. Each of them has two bedrooms. Each apartment can sleep up to four people and they are ideal for groups or just a family of two to four people. Bertha¿s Number One has four single beds in two separate bedrooms. The main bedroom has built-in cupboards with two shelves that can lock. The second bedroom has only a free-standing cupboard that can lock. There is one bathroom with a shower and a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine and tumble-dryer, a washing line can be used outside. In the kitchen there is a table and chairs and it is a cosy place to sit and eat. There is a backdoor which leads to a garden from the kitchen. The sitting / dining room also has a big round table where one can sit and work or eat. There is a door from the sitting room which leads to a stoep with a security door. There is a television but no DSTV. There is also a book shelf with books to read for the not so serious reader. There is a telephone in this unit and it works with a world call card. The floor is of Japanese Birchwood. Bertha¿s Number Two also has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size four-poster bed with a mosquito net above the bed, build in cupboards with two shelves that can lock, a dressing table and a fan above the bed. The second bedroom has two beds with a built-in cupboard and one shelf that can lock. The sitting / dining room has a table with six chairs and a sitting area. There is a television but no DSTV. The dining room lamp above the dining table is made from an old copper geyser and gives an interesting atmosphere. The bathroom has a shower, no bath, but two round basins on Sleeper wood. The copper light is also part of the old geyser. There is a separate washing room where clothes can be washed and an iron and ironing board.
