Collin Sherriff, the principal of the firm has been involved in architectural design for 28 years and boasts with more than 200 architectural designs to his name (all approved by local authorities); including homes, group housing, developments, schools, churches and many more. The main focus of the firm is in the residential market, ranging from new homes to alternations and extensions. In particular the firm has excelled in modernizing and reviving spaces to cater for the modern client. The firm has also completed several industrial and commercial designs. In between training and registering with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession, Collin Sherriff excelled as a forensic draughtsman for the South African Police, involving himself in not only architectural design projects, but also in architectural forensic investigative studies. Obtaining the military rank of Brigadier (then Director) at the age of only 34, he left the SAPS to persue his true passion in dedicated architectural design.
