PJ Engineering specialises in the design, manufacture and commissioning of special purpose machinery and equipment for the automotive industry.

We are especialy well equiped to deal with high technology projects that include thermodynamic and fluid mechanics intergration, motion control systems and precision machining.

Our vast array of skills and equipment allow us to handle all projects on a turn key basis without the need for third party contractors. This creates a stimulating work environment and allows us to take full responsibility for all projects.

90% of our equipment is used in the manufacture of Automotive Heat Exchangers and HVAC systems.

By envolving the designers in final commissioning we develop a deeper understanding of real world usage of our machines which leads to more relevant designs.

Extensive CNC machining and programming capabilities enable us to efficiently manufacture complex parts, molds and tools with a high level of accuracy and repeatability.
EDM machining uses electrical discharges to remove material from workpieces. The EDM process allows for machining of complex contours and shapes not possible with traditional machining methods as well as machining of pre-hardened and exotic materials. Using EDM we are able to machine complex punches, dies and intricate parts.
Our electrical workshop is fully equiped to handle all panel building and on machine connectivity work.
Established design standards and years of experience building and commisioning motion control and process automation systems enable us to provide elegant solutions to complex control problems.
