His studio is in Rosebank, Cape Town and visitors are welcome. All his paintings are also available as high quality digital prints in sizes to order and he has produced a range of extremely popular greeting cards.
Born and raised in the UK, John-Clive began painting as a release from his studies in graphic design. He went on to make a career in advertising there. He came to South Africa in the seventies and later started his own design, concept and communication company. After more than twenty years he has returned to his 'release' - making pictures.
