Our company has been involved in the industrial and commercial property industry since 2000. Over the years, we have assisted many companies with their business premises requirements including SKF, Landrover, ASSA Abloy, Lewis Stores, National Tile Traders, Battery Centre, Simply Shoes, Viva Bingo, Randcon Paints, CTM, Geen & Richards, and many more. Titan International offers landlords a full letting service, which includes marketing the property using onsite boards, website advertising and selected print media. Titan International also collaborates with several other property companies and brokers to ensure that the space is let out as soon as possible, and for the best possible rental. Accompanied viewings are arranged with prospective tenants, who are required to provide us with full applications forms and the necessary FICA documents, should they wish to proceed. Once the material terms of the lease have been accepted by the landlord in writing, prospective tenants are vetted by Titan International by means of credit checks. Once the tenant is approved, we will draft the necessary lease agreement, collect deposits and first month rental via our trust account, and arrange for signature of the lease by both parties. Our sales service, once we have established a suitable selling price based on income, current market conditions and by consulting with the seller, a "For Sale" is often placed on the property. However, this depends on the nature of the property, and each case will be assessed individually. Since we collaborate with several other companies and brokers, the property will receive good market exposure. Titan International also offers property management services to selected clients. This includes meter reading, invoicing, rent collecting and basic maintenance management.

We are located in Roodepoort (west of Johannesburg), which is our primary area of focus. However, we do extend our property services to other parts of Gauteng and South Africa, depending on specific client requirements.
