Your Company will be visited by a “The Coffee Co” franchisee on a weekly basis to carry out preventative maintenance, major cleaning and stock control. On implementation of new equipment we will assist on a daily basis to ensure the catering staff is familiar with all aspects of the equipment and that the employees are satisfied with the dispensed beverages.
Once a week we will do stock checks and deliver fresh products.
Your Company does not have to carry any stock you pay only for what was consumed according to the service agreement.
Machines are equipped with electronic counters for reconciliations and stock control.
Maintenance and repair for the duration of the service agreement is free (excl. malicious damage, breakage, theft & electrical defects caused by power surges) (consumption conditions apply).
