This eliminates the ability to do graphics with shading, interchanging colours and more than 3 colours. However Poli-Flex is a very durable long lasting product that leaves a soft feel to the t-shirt. Poli-flex also stretches with the garment leaving the print crack free.
Screen printing:
Screen printing is a form of printing used for orders above 30 t-shirts.With screen printing you can go do full colour cmyk printing.This allows for detailed graphics at high quantities.There is a set up fee for screen printing which is why it is used for high quantities, This cost varies from how many colours you need.
Digital transfer printing:
Digital transfer printing is a form of printing used for orders of up to 30 t-shirts.Digital transfers are generally used for picture quality graphics.This processes is similar to Poli-Flex printing, The only difference is a clear poli-flex film gets put through an industrial digital printer and then only heat pressed to the t-shirt.
