Konkol & Associates is a specialist recruitment company that services the Clearing & Forwarding, NVOCC, shipping and GSSA industry.
The company was initially founded under the EMK Staffing Solutions brand in March of 2005 and opened its door to the industry a mere month after our CIPRO registration. Having 16 years working experience in the industry we felt the need to use our knowledge and expertise to formulate and package a recruitment and Human Resources initiative that encompasses a differential recruitment concept for the freight industry.
By making use of the expertise we have on file we have written industry specific questionnaires that are aimed at eliminating the misrepresentation of skills.
Examples of well received questionnaires are our Freight (C&F) Sales questionnaire as well as our well known Customs questionnaire.
These questionnaires are updated regularly with regards to changes and regulations in the industry and are made available to our clients on request.
