Youth in Tourism (YiT) is a registered Non-Profitable Organization (NPO). AND The sole aim for its existence is to encourage exploitation of skills and related opportunities for improved functionality in the economic activities of our South Africa.
We serve as an umbilical cord between government, private sector, and the target populace (youth, women and the disabled) to build a truly united, non-racial, non-sexist, democratic, creative and prosperous youth that is jointly focused on delivering the desired results on the key national industry priorities aimed at growing a vibrant tourism economy. We also aim to create a growing pool of critical and scarce skills in the sector.

The initiative gives youth, woman and disability entrepreneurs the tools needed to access support quickly, effectively, and more importantly give the desired return on investment.
Create awareness on tourism oriented market opportunities for target priority populace
Make an effort to integrate the disabled in the mainstream tourism.
To empower participants and enable them to overcome the challenges of business ownership and operations.
Help young people to map out new innovative paths, moving from current trends into the future (beyond 2010).
Help entrepreneurs to receive effective response in access to vital information, market intelligence and support per result oriented tips to stimulate business growth.
