There are 3 apartments and each can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons sharing. The apartments are 55m2, air-conditioned and consist of 4 rooms. The bedroom is fitted with a queen size extra length bed, built in cupboards and a built in electronic safe. A full bathroom is fitted with a bath and separate shower, basin on vanity with granite top, water closet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully fitted with granite work tops, built in cupboards with cutlery and crockery, built in oven and stove with microwave oven and fridge / freezer. The lounge is fitted with DSTV on 74cm TV with radio, DVD and tape player, queen size sleeper couch and chairs and leads to a small balcony with a built in braai. There is an open plan study area fitted with writing desk, lamp and chair. Excellent security is offered whereby the apartment is protected by electronic security systems linked to 24 hour security guard on site. There is an intercom linked to the main entrance for visitors. CCTV cameras and electric perimeter fence protects the property. Each apartment is fitted with alarm and panic button linked to the guard house. On-site facilities consist of a communal laundry, mini gym, bicycle storage, entertainment area and undercover parking. Additional services that can be provided on request at additional cost are; Wi-fi internet connection, daily cleaning service, groceries can be provided. For bookings exceeding 7 days, a once a week cleaning service is included in the rates advertised, whereby the apartment gets cleaned and fresh towels and linen provided. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, but there is a patio where smoking is allowed. If this is not adhered to, a fine per event will be billed.
