Dance yourself to a fitter you! Dance classes for women over 30. We provide dancing fun as a way to increase your fitness and flexibility while learning to dance in a variety of styles. Our dance routines are specially designed for women with little or no dance experience. We draw from Ballroom, Latin American, Jazz Dance and Line Dancing and develop many of our own choreographies for you to enjoy.
