Upstairs are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and opens onto a balcony. Second bedroom has a double bed, sharing a bathroom. The third bedroom has twin single beds also sharing a bathroom (bath and shower). Quality bedding has been used on all beds. Sheets are made of percale with a 450 thread count, and duvet inners consist of an artificial down which is non-allergic. Downstairs is the open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a stove and microwave, complete with crockery, cutlery and the necessary utensils. Four bar chairs make for a breakfast nook. The scullery is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room has a six-seater table with chairs and a server. There is a guest toilet under stairs. The lounge has a couch and two chairs, a wall unit containing a TV with satellite connection and a DVD player. This open plan area lends itself to easy entertaining. The large study is situated near the front entrance making it ideal to be used for professional services. It is furnished with a desk, two leather chairs and a bookcase. The private patio with a splash pool has a four seater lounge suite, braai facilities and a dinette for two, also making this a great entertainment area. The property being fenced in with electric fencing and an alarm system gives peace of mind. The double, lock-up garage has remote controlled doors.
