We are registered with Master Builders, NHBRC and have over 35 years experience in repairs, maintenance, refurbishments as well as new dwellings. We have a service level agreement with many of the big insurance companies and tend to most of their building queries or building claims. We pride ourselves with the fact of having the knowledge and experience to solve or find solutions to any building or maintenance issue that can appear at any time on any building. We have expertise in Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Site Performance. For any job big or small from foundation cracks, wall cracks, carpentry issues, painting problems, damp and waterproofing woes to roof replacement and roof repairs. If there is one thing besides the guarranteed work we offer it is the guarranteed personal approach to our business and a promise to have full communication with our clients be it good or bad and knowing that only once the client is happy then so will we. We also do property development for or on behalf of clients or companies that require mass production of certain building structures as well as continued maintenance at certain institutes that require immediate response to problems big or small. As we have a qualified quantity surveyor as a director we can offer an in depth breakdown on all estimates and quotes which spells out where your money is being spent. We have a set of rates that are a general guide line to our estimating tasks which depend upon external factors which can affect the costing process.
