Company description
Mzansi Housing Company (MHCo) is a Section 21, Not for Profit Organisation based in Mpumalanga. It was founded in 2008 and formally registered in 2010 after realizing that there was an un-met need for well located quality affordable aimed specifically at low to medium income earners. MHCo then underwent all necessary procedures to apply to be Nationally Accredited by the Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA). We provide quality built housing units in various configurations such as 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom and Bachelor/Studio rental appartments. We also have a Gap Housing component which offers affordable quality homes for sale in the "Gap market" (the part of the market where there are usually no comparable houses for sale at R*** *** and below).
