Option 1 – Monthly Administration
3.5% of the contract value for the tenant procurement (finding the tenant)
+ 8.5% of the rental amount monthly to manage
TOTAL = 12% of the value of the lease (Excl. Vat)
*We do charge a minimum Procurement fee of R****.** (Excl vat) as well as a minimum monthly admin fee of R***.** (Excl vat)
* 4% of contract value for a renewal of the lease agreement
