Etuners was started in 2006 by a group of car-enthusiasts with a passion for tuning.

After beginning as a company offering diagnostic systems and then car inspections, Etuners gained enough knowledge and moved on to ECU remapping.
Starting off remapping from the streets, tuning cars on the sidewalks and in alleyways.

Becoming more involved in the tuning/designing/remapping cars, Etuners became more much active, especially through online means.
This became the source of Etuners name. The name was used on the street by others before the company was even started.
Etuners family has grown with branches in many other countries.
Because of the history of the street culture of the Etuners family, it is very different to other tuning companies. With tuning based primarily on road performance, rather than dyno-optimized results. It is difficult to see on results of that on the website, since a car's performance is difficult to measure on
the street and once you have, you cannot always post results.
