Not only do we strive to make your child’s educational experience in the water a fun, memorable and excising experience, but we also in to achieve utmost parent satisfaction with our service offering through continuous feedback and communication.
Since our instructors are all mothers themselves, the only thing that they love more than swimming, is to work with children. As a parent, you can enjoy piece of mind while your child is swimming with us, as all of our instructors have qualified through and are registered with Swim South Africa.
Even though parents are more than welcome to attend the educational swimming sessions, it is very important for us to mention that the safety of each child and parent is our utmost priority and that there are standard pool rules that needs to be adhered to by all parents and students.
Our method of teaching is inspired and based on the Swim South Africa “LEARN TO SWIM” programme. We adapted the programme in such a way that it harmoniously fits in with our approach of having fun during the education process of this new life skill.
By following an outcome based learner program, we ensure that all students are fully competent in a specific activity before continuing to the next.
All of our instructors are also more than qualified and capable to accommodate adults who wish to learn how to swim.
We welcome parent and student feedback and continuously strive to improve our service offering.
