Positive Behaviour Management is a training company that has been in operation for 7 years. We specialise in school discipline and teacher development and run 5 courses for schools and a parenting workshop. We have implemented our full discipline programme in over 400 schools in Gauteng and have trained over 17 000 teachers countrywide. We work within the Dept of Education's guidelines and all our policies are in line with the Schools Act, Circular 74 and the Constitution. We offer alternatives to corporal punishment, the typical merit/demerit systems and have found our strategies to be very effective because they empower teachers to discipline learners themselves immediately in the classroom rather than making learners stand outside or go to the SMT. We run workshops at schools for the entire staff, or a workshop for individuals who may wish to attend. Courses are presented by qualified educators in a fun, vibrant, dynamic way to ensure full participation and interaction. Training is facilitated in schools around the country.
