Treatments can include a combination of the following modalities:
Touch for Health Kinesiology (a combination of the ancient Chinese medicine system and the scientific knowledge of the functioning of the muscles of the body and the central nervous system), Energy Medicine (the art and science of healing through the energy system), Dream Work (using Jungian techniques) - assisting in the understanding of the messages from the unconscious levels of the psyche).

And my yoga class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5.30pm.

An Energy Medicine consultation focuses on the healing of body, emotion, mind and spirit with a psycho-spiritual methodology. The energy system is cleared, balanced and energised, thus assisting the client to self-heal. Guided by a code of Ethics, set out by the worldwide organisation Energy Medicine Partnerships Inc., high standards are maintained. This work complements traditional care, and clients are encouraged to maintain their regular medical care.
Who would benefit ?Anyone, from all age groups, genders, race groups and religions that have physical, emotional or mental challenges that would be needing extra energy and an improved quality of life. Blockages and negative energy are cleared using various techniques involving muscle testing and the energetic balancing of the auric field, chakras, the hara and meridian systems. The process can assist in reducing stress and promoting relaxation, pain management, trauma recovery, coping from grief or loss, improving concentration, and reducing physical symptoms of ill health, as well as assisting the process of dying consciously. Children, particularly, are positively effected by the balancing process.
I incorporate Touch for Health Kinesiology and Jungian Dreamwork into the sessions when required.
