Avalon sleeps two adults and is perfectly equipped for any length of stay. There is an extra length Queen bed, linens and a king duvet. The bedroom area has a built in cupboard, safe, and an extra blanket. The lounge has his and hers leather couches, and a flat screen with full satellite TV. Avalon's well equipped and spacious kitchen has a stainless steel oven and stove, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, and a bar counter to sit at for that scrumptious breakfast. In the en-suite bathroom you will find an open-plan rain shower, modern sink, loo and central heating. We provide bath and beach towels. Avalon is north and west facing, and is warm and sunny. In summer just turn on the central air-conditioning, and for those chilly winter nights there is central heating. The studio is on the ground floor. The front patio is paved and has views of the Outeniqua Mountains to the north. Here you will find an outdoor table and chairs (that can also be taken indoors for dining), umbrella and gas BBQ. There is a covered parking bay just a few steps from the garden. Views to the south are of the lush Knysna forests, and the paved rear patio is perfect for hanging up your wet swimming costume and towel. Avalon is dog friendly, and has a fully fenced garden area for your dog to romp around in. Gates lead you out to the rest of the property, where your dog can play with our dogs, or just be left to his own devices. Avalon has a strict no smoking policy indoors, and due to the nature of our surroundings, wayward cigarette butts can start fires. You are welcome to smoke on the patio areas - ashtrays are provided. Regrettably, no children and no cats are allowed.
