Umlilo Safaris, as Outfitter & Professional Hunters, is a family run third generation concern. Your Hosts, Frans & Anna Dorfling, with sons Francois & Johan, known for their warm-hearted South African hospitality, together with highly experienced staff offers a wealth of knowledge regarding the area, the species & the hunting conditions in the Eastern Cape. With more than 30 Species on offer and with our season running from March to end October, we invite novice hunters as well as experienced trophy hunters to enjoy proper walk & stalk style hunting - in the absence of livestock, internal fencing & confined hunting camps. We do not allow shooting from any vehicles.
Please be assured that hunting is only conducted on a highly ethical basis, being kept sporty and always on foot, keeping it a challenge between man and animal. As professional hunters our aim is to guide the hunter in as close as possible before taking the shot with shooting ranges up to 150 yards. With only 1 Client per Professional Hunter your hunting experience will be of the highest standards.
