Description

Placing the required number of trained gardeners on the site that will carry out these services according to a daily schedule:
Mowing lawns and edges.
Cutting hedges.
Watering plants (if no irrigation).
Deadheading plants.
Weeding gardens and spraying weeds in paved areas.
Sweeping paved areas and removing litter.
Refuse bag removal once weekly.
The gardeners will also attend to the following when necessary:
Clearing of electric fence lines.
Pruning of trees/shrubs.
Divide and replant overgrown plants where possible.
Apply compost, lawn dressing and fertilizer.
All garden refuse will be removed weekly.
Site inspection is carried out daily to ensure the schedule is maintained professionally and efficiently.

GARDEN DESIGN AND LANDSCAPING:
Design, layout and install new gardens according to an approved ground plan according to a selected theme- detailed quotation will be provided for discussion.
Revamp existing gardens according to an approved ground plan – detailed quotation will be provided for discussion.
Quotation for interior/ exterior hard landscaping designs with pots, pavers, pebbles, decorative rock and selected plant décor.
OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES:
Arrange for recycling bins /bags to be delivered to your premises. Our on site gardeners will collect and place them on the verge for collection on a designated day. This service is not included in the monthly contract rate.
Ordering of lawn dressing, compost and fertilizer when required. This will be an added extra cost.
VIP LANDSCAPES WILL PROVIDE:
ALL machinery and tools required for staff to carry out their duties.
Uniforms which identify staff.
The monthly contract rates are determined by the schedule of work required in your complex/ shopping mall/ office park.
