Company description
Services:
1) We offer monthly, weekly and fortnightly payroll processing using Sage Partner Payroll software, 2) The processing includes the capturing of any income, deductions, benefits or company contributions from a staff member’s salary, 3) Accurate record keeping of annual leave, sick leave and family responsibility leave, 4) Monthly submission of the UI19 declaration form to the Department of Labour, 5) Monthly completion and submission of the EMP201 return to SARS for the PAYE, UIF and SDL payment liability, 6) Sending the client a full set of payroll reports per run reflecting a breakdown of the payroll run per employee, an electronic copy of each employee’s payslip as well as a breakdown of the SARS costs reflecting a payment reference number and a leave history for the client’s record keeping, 7) Delivery of payslips to the clients premises with no extra cost.
Annual and Bi-Annual Reconciliation Submissions to SARS:
1) Compile and reconcile the salary and EMP201 information from March to the end of August for the bi-annual SARS submission, 2) Submit the bi-annual EMP501 reconciliation submission electronically to SARS, 3) Compile and reconcile the salary and EMP201 information from March to the end of February for the annual SARS submission, 4) Submit the annual EMP501 reconciliation submission electronically to SARS, 5) Generate, print and delivery of IRP5 certificates to the client’s premises.
