In 1997 I completed a very intensive therapeutic reflexology course with Inga Dougans. Over the years I have study other healing modalities to assist me to offer my clients a variety of therapies to choose from to bring about a reduction in their stress levels and to assist in healing their body, mind and spirit. In time most clients start to feel a change occurring in themselves because they no longer feel ill and in pain all the time and are able to manage their health and lives in a more positive manner. During and after the therapy sessions with my clients I also discuss how to eat a more balanced diet and what foods affect their health in a detrimental manner. By offering a variety of therapies, discussing healthy eating choices and after taking a full medical history about their health and lifestyles I am able to offer my clients a complete package that can assist them to help themselves and keep themselves healthy and think more positively. It is very important for people to empower themselves by gaining knowledge to help themselves stay healthy and positive. All it takes are a few simple adjustments to their lifestyles and most clients are able to become health, happy, stress free people ready to live their lives to the fullest.
