Prolaser is a company that specializes in laser cutting, profile cutting, water jet cutting, high definition plasma and plasma cutting.
We also specialize in sub fabrication for sheet metal fabricated products to your needs and specifications.
We can assist you in all your sheet metal needs.
We can cut the following types of materials from mild steel (all types), stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, Perspex, Galvanised steel and many more on assessing the request.
We will also source materials such as stainless steel tubing, mild steel tubing and mild steel profiles that you need where possible.
We can cut from engineering parts to signage in a flat 2 dimensional fashion.
Flanges and sheet metal fabricated parts to intricate fine detailed work can be cut.
We can work with the following file formats that you can supply us with as far for your needed products.
AutoCAD dxf or dwg file formats that will be for a flat pattern drawing of what you need. A detailed drawing can be faxed to us if you need any bending and sub fabrication needed to your products as per your specifications.
Coral draw format converted to curves and saved as a coral draw version 7 file formats. We have also had some luck chances with .ai and certain pdf file formats that has been generated in adobe or coral draw and saved as one of the file extensions.
Please feel free to even fax drawings to us that you have drawn by hand and we will redraw it for you and quote you accordingly.
Please note that we have a strict policy on a quote turnaround time of 24 hours from receiving the request and that our quotes are valid for a 5 to 7 working day period.
All products ordered from Prolaser will be delivered to your offices or factory as soon as they are completed by Prolaser. However please take note that a delivery charge at AA rates may be applicable on certain deliveries placed that we will deliver.
