HANDYMAN SERVICES & MAINTENANCE RATES
Weekdays (8am-6pm)
First Half hour R150 then R80 for every half hour thereafter.
Half day Rate R600 (up to 4 hours)
Full Day R1 250
Weekends (8am-5pm)
First hour R250 then R100 for every half hour thereafter.
Half day R750 (up to 4 hours)
Full day R1200
For larger jobs (more than one or two rooms) we charge a very competitive price per square metre, or a discount on the total amount.
So there are no hidden costs.
What you see is the maximum amounts charged.
The bigger the job, the less you pay.
We will have a competent person on site, and they are there to finish the job, not to see how long they can be on site.
Charges listed are for labour only.
Additional costs over and above labour rates will be charged for materials used, where appropriate.
Any materials purchased by “NBL Projects” will be subject to a 20% surcharge due to travelling and ru
