I facilitate intervention with: anxiety disorders -mood disorders -difficulties adjusting to life changes -trauma -bereavement -difficulties with self esteem -maternal/postnatal depression -parental guidance: (for parents experiencing difficulties in relating to their child/baby) I provide therapy for adults/ adolescents struggling with acute psychiatric illness/ with problems of daily living/ with relational problems.
