Ms Jenneker, the Director, has over 11 years’ experience in the Learning and Development sphere. She holds Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics with a focus on e-learning. She began her career working at various tertiary institutions in Cape Town. Her work focused on academic writing for both postgraduate and undergraduates, together with lecturing, tutoring and contributions to the Academic Guide to Writing, published in 2003.
Her post-academic career has been extensive. This included working at SARS, the dti and Edcon. This lead to her being recruited as General Manager for the JD Group's Learning & Development and Organisational Development. She was later head-hunted by Lewis Group to lead their Learning function.
Following Lewis, her focus shifted to consultative roles. Cell C recruited her to establishment of their learning function and an analysis of the organisation’s talent management function. Following this, Lucent Consulting was born
