Company description
Our Slogan: Motivate, Inspire and Empower Youth. Kasi Times is a vibrant, edgy, youth-driven publication which aims to inspire, educate, motivate, celebrate and empower the youth to shape their own future and promote positive lifestyles by addressing factors in their everyday lives. Kasi Times was launched in Gauteng on 28 May 2010 as a monthly publication. The publication endeavours to become an information platform for young people and play a role in broadening their horizons by providing access to information so that they are better able to develop themselves and achieve their goals. Kasi Times upholds the core values of informed choice, ambition, shared responsibility, positive lifestyles, dignity and respect. As Kasi Times, the publication seeks to give young people opportunities to realise their potential and enable them to become self-sustainable. Kasi Times recognizes the need for corporates, government and the youth to interact and network. Although government continues to lead efforts to increase the level of youth development, we are mindful that this task cannot be undertaken by one player. We intend for Kasi Times to be based on a partnership between various stakeholders and role players to remain a critical success factor. Hence, we encourage the involvement of business, NGOs, Community-Based Organisations, financing institutions and the corporate sector.
