Glenvista Educentre affords every student the opportunity to work on the CAMI software system. Since 1984, CAMI Educational Software has been at the forefront of educational software development with millions of learners benefitting from this fun, easy and results-based system. The CAMI educational software is always updated which ensures that student learnings is in line with the Curriculum Assessment Policy Statements (CAPS). Glenvista Educentre presently offer a class of 5 students per hour/half hour. This classroom size is ideal for a teacher/facilitator as they are able to attend to each student's queries and monitor each student's progress. The teacher is always on hand during lessons; to assist with explanation and conceptual understanding. Once the child has understood the concept, he/she then practices what has just been explain to him/her on the Cami computer programme so he/she is able to cement the lesson to memory. “After all it is only through practice that we truly master any new concept.” Glenvista Educentre operates strictly off a timeslot system as all lessons are computer based.
