An electrical impulse is used to stimulate muscle contraction, mimicking the manner in which muscles are stimulated by the brain. The intensity of the stimulation to each area of the body is controlled, allowing the client to train each muscle group at the optimal intensity, allowing for faster improvement.
The intensity of the exercises can be increased continually without loading or placing strain on the joints, and is therefore ideal for clients with existing injuries, clients with osteoporosis, and the elderly.
All training programs are specially tailored to the individual clients needs and goals, whether it is general fitness, sports performance enhancement, losing weight or rehabilitation of an injury.
