Our products range from IT installations, networking, industrial IT installations, office automation, etc.
DEISS essentially sells services (installations, training, support and maintenance agreements) to our customers.
We mark up the price of the products used in the installation by 10% if supplied by us.
We charge per hour for the installation of the solution, we have a versatile pricing model. The longer the installation, the less rands per hour we charge the customer.
We also offer a range of maintenance agreements to ensure ongoing fixed support and maintenance on the solution installed. The maintenance agreements range from telephonic support to onsite support. If the customer does not purchase a maintenance agreement then they will receive free telephonic support, a call out fee will be charged to the customer for onsite. A quote for support will be provided to the customer if there is extra work that needs to be done.
We also offer specialized IT solutions for traffic light monitoring, vehicle anti theft/hi jack devices.
