Chromodek sign are probably the most common outdoor billboard sign. One big advantage of Chromodek sign above flex-face signs (where we make use of reinforced PVC banner material, which is spanned across a steel frame) is that chromodek signs are more hard-wearing and will withstand the elements for longer. In some cases, for example where new developments are advertised, and the signs don't have to be up for more than a year, people will rather make use of the flex face signs.
Chromodek signs are standard 1.225 meters wide an infinite in length. Flyers/pamphlets are a very effective and relatively cheap marketing method. The first step is to determine your target market and then to specifically distribute your pamphlets to that target market. Many enterprises make the mistake of distributing pamphlets in News Papers. It can be effective in certain industries namely estate agents or other enterprises that for example deal in high-tech electrical equipment, but as a rule this is mostly ineffective. To distribute flyers from post box to post box is also, for the most part ineffective. A better idea would be to hand out pamphlets/flyers at busy intersection, but in such a scenario it is very important to make sure that the person distributing the pamphlets is easily identifiable. This can be achieved by having the person wear a bib or uniform. In this way potential clients can ask for a pamphlet, rather than being forced to take one.
Paper quality
We have 10 varying degrees of thickness for the paper we use to print the flyers on. The thickest being 180 grams and the thinnest is 85grams. The most popular of these is the 115 gram paper, anything thicker than this will add a day or two to the production time of your order. For a minimum extra fee your pamphlets could also be folded. There are a number of different methods that can be used to fold your pamphlets, namely Z Fold, Barrel Fold, saddle Stitched or Perfect Binding. Examples of these options are available at either of our offices, one is situated in Menlo Park, Pretoria and the other one is in Fourways, Johannesburg.
The reason that brochures, flyers, pamphlets and other litho printing are relatively expensive on low quantities is because litho printing plates must be specially prepared, this is time consuming and expensive.
