Adamant-IT Solutions believes in no surprise bills and therefore has introduced prepaid vouchers.The customer can purchase prepaid vouchers based on specific issues that need to be addressed or prepaid hourly vouchers to cover miscellaneous issues.
The customer can still pay cash, if they don't want to make use of ordering a Prepaid Voucher via the methods listed below, but the cost is higher. We do this to try avoid surprise bills at the end of the job. Additionally, we do not charge travel, as this adds significantly to your bill.
If you are unsure on what your issue is, there is a prepaid voucher available for an assessment to be done, whereby we will come onsite, do the assessment then inform you which voucher you need to purchase. If we go ahead with the job immediately (time permitting, complexity of job etc), the assessment will not be charged for.
These vouchers can be purchased online through our website using secure payments via PayFast or telephonically before we come onsite to your premises.
