Thetha Connect provides a personalised call answering service, by trained agents, in the name of your business. In order to do this, we issue you a number that you can list as your primary contact number or you can divert any number of phones (mobile or fixed line) to said number. When this number rings at Thetha Connect, our agents therefore answer in the name of "Your Business' Name" (as an example). Upon answering the call on your behalf, our agents ask the caller a few questions pertinent to your business. The answers to these questions are emailed to you immediately after ending the call.• Customised and personalised call answering by a trained agent, in the name of your business.
• Immediate emailing of caller’s requests; ensuring you do not miss out on future work.
• Emailing of brochures and/or standard information to business leads
