18 on Park, one of Grahamstown's oldest gems built in 1857 is situated on the doorstep of Kingswood College. The cottage and main homestead were home to the first girls who joined Kingswood College then later used as a boys hostel (Cohen House). Two old Kingswoodians have lovingly restored the cottage, to welcome you - Your hosts Dean and Julie Kent. It is ideal for visiting parents of children at the various schools and Rhodes University. Centrally situated, one can walk to the Grahamstown Arts Festival Village Green. Both the cottage and the flat offer breakfast, but you are welcome to self-cater.For your enjoyment there is a secluded garden with your own private swimming pool.
