Procedure
1. Invoice is sent via email.
2. Payment is required upfront, due to a non contractual agreement.
3. Proof of payment can be sent to accounts@truevoice.co.za to speed up the process.
4. TrueVoice will send you a template script in the form of a word document. This will be of information taken from the customer’s web site or information given to us by the customer.
5. With your script you will get a link to listen to listen to music and will have a choice of male or female voice, you will be required to send us the voice and music choice with your final approved script.
6. Production turnaround time is 5 working days from date of approved script received by TrueVoice
7. You will be sent a link to listen to the production and do final approval.
8. Customer is required to log an installation callout with their PABX vendor to arrange a date and time for installation of TrueVoice production onto external music on hold.
9. And let TrueVoice know the contact telephone number of your PABX vendor and Ref number.
10. TrueVoice will ensure that the vendor has all requirements to install and activate the external music on hold prior to installation. E.g music on hold unit, sound files.
11. TrueVoice will give unlimited remote support.
