A total of 10 bedrooms (all bedrooms have en-suite bathroom with shower) sleeping 22 / 24 guests split as follows; Villa Adamo (2 bedrooms in total): Home of Dr Ernest & Michelle Adams, your hosts, offers 2 double B&B bedrooms with en-suite bathroom/shower, small fridge, DSTV with hotel bouquet, private Patio door and under floor heating. 1 Bedroom has Queen Size bed and the other bedroom has twin beds which can convert to King size. Electric blankets in beds. Villa Toscana (4 double bedrooms in total): Each with small fridge, DSTV hotel bouquet, private patio door and under floor heating. Accommodation can either be used as 4 individual B&B rooms or the whole Villa can be let for self-catering for 1 group (sleeps 8) as it has a fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge/dinette with fireplace. 3 Bedrooms have Queen Size beds and the 4th bedroom has twin beds which can convert to King size. Electric blankets in beds. Villa Venezia (4 bedrooms in total): Newest villa and comprises 2 self catering units under 1 roof. Units can be sectioned off into 2 units, comprising a 1 bedroom unit one side and 3 bedroom unit the other side, each unit having own exclusive lounge / dinette / kitchenette with DSTV in the lounge, or , into 2 x 2 bedroom units each with own exclusive lounge / dinette / kitchenette. Electric blankets in beds. Two end bedrooms have air-conditioners. To beat load shedding we have provided mobile combination gas / electric heaters for the lounge / dinette / kitchenettes.
