Our program is residential and we have a out patient approach too. We believe that addictive behaviour can be cured. There is hope for addicts and gangmembers who want to change their lifestyles.
THE EVA KROTOA SUBSTANCE AND ALCOHOL ABUSE RECOVERY CENTRE, is a residential and out patient program designed to help and assist anybody from any culture, race, gender and age group, to overcome addictions, that have robbed them from a healthy lifestyle with family members and communities. We have a holistic approach with Christian ethics. We however welcome people with other religious believes to enter into our program. We are a Public organisation who serves those who need us. Our Residential program is R1500 per month. That includes accommodation, all meals, Developmental Skills and artisan skills as well as lifeskills. We have a professional team that consist of 1 Psychologist, 1 Occupational Therapist, 1 Life Coach, Mentors, 1 Nurse, Educators and counsellors.Our residential program is for a period of 6 months. We serve from the age group of 13 - 40. Our Developmental Skills include COMPUTER TRAINING IN SOFTWARE PROGRAMS, IT and LOCAL NETWORKING. CALL CENTRE TRAINING, ARTISAN SKILLS includes UPHOLSTERY, WELDING, ELECTRICAL, HAIRDRESSING, SEWING/ DRESSMAKING, CHEF TRAINING, CATERING TRAINING. We also give the 12 STEP BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES. Counselling take place on a daily basis.We have Christian Spiritual leaders on site and are in partnership with Muslim Spiritual leaders who will be able to guide our Muslim residents. We do not believe in a lock-up approach, our residence stay with us by choice.
